Pricing

Clear starting prices, and you own everything.

Real starting numbers, not a mystery quote. I set the final scope after a quick look at your site and your goals, so you only pay for what moves the needle.

Care

$99/mo

  • Hosting and backups
  • Security and software updates
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Small monthly edits

Care Plus

$149/mo

  • Everything in Care
  • Monthly content and edits
  • Priority turnaround
  • Quarterly check-in

Local SEO and Google

From $300/mo

Google Business Profile management and local search work, sold separately so it never competes with your core maintenance.

Honest comparison

Why not the $149 option?

A $149 ad is a hook, not the real price. Those builds usually run on monthly fees and lock-in, so over two years many cost thousands for a template you do not even own. Here is the difference, plainly.

With High Encode

  • You own your domain, site, and logins
  • Built for calls and bookings, not just a page
  • Real bilingual English and Spanish
  • A local person who answers
  • Honest one-time price, no surprise monthly lock-in
  • Google Business Profile cleanup

Typical $149 template offer

  • You often do not own the domain or the site
  • A template page that just sits there
  • English only, or an awkward auto-translation
  • A support ticket instead of a person
  • Low price up front, then monthly fees and lock-in
  • Google profile left as-is

Low risk

What you can count on

No surprises, and the work is yours.

You own everything (domain, site, logins) on final payment.

Fixed scope and price up front. No surprise fees.

Built mobile-first, accessible, and to load fast.

Fair questions

The things owners actually ask

Straight answers to the objections that come up at the price moment. If yours is not here, ask it on the contact page.

What does the starting price actually include?

Each package covers design, build, and launch of everything listed on its card, and the final number is confirmed in writing before any work starts. "Starts at" means the price grows only if the scope does, and you will know before it does.

How long does a build take?

A Front Door site usually lands within a couple of weeks once photos and business details are in hand. Larger builds get a scoped timeline in writing before work starts, so you always know the target date.

I already have a website. Do I have to start over?

No. If the bones are fine, a fixed-scope cleanup sprint fixes the parts that are costing you calls: the mobile layout, the quote path, the proof, and the Google listing. The free audit tells you which situation you are in.

Who owns the site when it is done?

You do. Domain, code, content, and every login are yours on final payment. There is no hostage hosting and no lock-in: you can take the site anywhere, anytime.

What happens after launch?

Nothing you did not choose. Care plans are optional, month to month, and cancelable anytime, and you keep the site either way. If you never want a care plan, the site is still fully yours and fully working.

Do you really build the Spanish pages, or is it auto-translate?

Real written pages. Spanish service pages carry the same practical detail as the English ones: services, photos, service area, and the estimate path. Lead Engine includes one bilingual page; Automated covers the full site.

What if I only want the free audit?

Then take the free audit. It is genuinely free, there is no obligation, and you keep the notes. Some businesses fix the list themselves, and that is a fine outcome.

Start with a free audit.

I will show you exactly what is costing you calls and what I would fix, in English or Spanish, no charge and no pressure. If it is a fit, we talk scope and price from there.
